Watched and really enjoyed for the most part........but they did not give it a satisfying ending, for me anyway.

4 episodes into it, loving it so far, it's so dam funny. A real pity that the 1st season is only 10 episodes and we will have to wait a year for another 10 episodes.

I like Timothy Oliphant. Deadwood is my favourite TV show. Justified was great. He's a good actor who got better as he aged. He can handle dry wit and sarcasm fine. He grimaces with the best of them. But he's not a comedian and his casting here didn't work for me. He's so obviously acting. Nothing he does seems natural. Wrong person for the lead imo.

I think everyone in the show is great and I only wish it wasn't 10 episodes because I have only 2 left and I feel like this show has legs to do longer seasons in the future.

Am not sure what you mean by obviously acting? but nothing in the show is natural and that's the charm of it IMO. The entire premise of the show is OTT and scenes are played like that most of the time, with people acting weird and very unnatural but in a way that really, really works well.

I watched the first 4 and half episodes last night and the deep mehness running through it was somethiung I couldn't shake. I am major crushy on Drew, the daughter is refreshing, it looks good.. but I'm bored. Some slight chuckles but it's flat. Does something magic happen eventually.

Oh and the other moms are like 1000x more amusing than Drew
