Sanctuary second season good?

I have the complete 2d season on my DVR, should i watch it or delete it?

The second season isn't over yet, so no you don't.

At this point, the only reason I'm watching it is because I like Amada Tapping. The show is generally fairly dull and silly. My wife and I both fell asleep in the middle last week and woke up 1/2 hour into the SG:U rerun.

I think it's much better than the first season. The show has a great aesthetic, purely from a visual POV it is fantastic IMO, but it can drag badly. The characters are not particularly endearing and the stories sometimes boring.

It hits more than it misses though.

But that's the same with every show... The antihero hesitantly playing on the side of angels is always hilarious and exciting.

but then if you give one of them their own show you end up with shite like highlander the Raven.

there's been maybe three shows that were good a few that sucked and a couple that the trapped in a box Stargate formula was so apparent that you really couldn't do any thing but turn the tv off.

Yeah, that would be like giving Spike his own show after Buffy. He'd walk around cracking lines while he killed people, and raping hot blondes in bathrooms, but without the straight-laced character leads to bounce things off it stops being funny.

Saw first ep, S2 last night. The acting was so bad it hurt. Debating-watch more? Or wipe DVR?

Don't wipe (okay, that sounds weird). Give it a few more. But I'm not ready to claim you shouldn't wipe then.

I like Sanctuary, but it's the kind of kooky b-grade show I like to watch at 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon when nothing else is on and I'm sitting around with a bag of chips.

S2 has been fun so far, and while the episodes certainly are fun, it's not drawing me in nearly as much as the whole arc towards end of S1 did. I was thankful that the last episode made Kate something other than a wise cracking bad-girl. That act was getting a bit tiresome.
