SAmsung Smart TV

May be wrong forum for this. I bought a Samsung smart TV last week. GReat unit, great picture, etc. However, after three days of use the unit won't load netflix anymore and I get a "preparing the TV" error.

I did some research and this seems to have happened a lot with this brand. Has anyone dealt with this? Any quick fixes? Suggestions?

You can Google a customer service number if one is not on the box or in the manual. They will make you jump through some hoops. If that doesn't fix the issue, the company likely has a local TV repair shop that handles recall fixes under warranty.

Yeah, I had Netflix issues with my Samsung for a long while too. There should be a troubleshooting guide at the bottom of the menu that will guide you through a few things, then will give you Samsung's 800 number and info about your TV.
