Sam Raimi & Toby Maguire returning for fourth "Spider-Man"

I'm burnt out on the Spider-Man Trilogy thanks to the lackluster job that was Spidey 3. If they strip things down and use maybe one villan like they did with the first two films then maybe I'll check it out. I'd like to see Doc Conners finally become the Lizard followed by a Vulture movie, Adiran Tooms being played by Sir. Ben Kingsley and his younger version by Vin Diesel. I was reading the recent Wizard and they had a quote from someone at Marvel saying that when the villan is announced you will know who is playing him and they speculated that it could be Conners/Lizard.

I loved SM 2, but...

Are the Spider-Man rights ever going to revert to Marvel? After seeing Iron Man and Hulk, I think I'd rather see Marvel's take on Spider-Man with a new cast and crew, and a new Spidey suit that doesn't look as if it costs every bit of its $1 million price tag. I think I'm just tired of how bright and slick it all looks, and the writing, directing, and even the acting in the last one all conspired to drain every last bit of enthusiasm for Sony's franchise out of me.
