^ The other place I post a lot here these days is the VOY forum, and that's a show that has a lot of very passionate fans, and a lot of detractors. But things seem to be relatively peaceful there. Maybe it's because the show's been off the air for ten years, but Doctor Who is still changing--and not always in ways that all of us fans like.

Moffatt's quote about the impossibility of canon in a show that has time travel, alternate universes and changing the past comes to mind.

At the end of it all, we're talking about a constantly changing franchise within a forum dedicated to another constantly changing franchise. The only thing I can add to that is -- well, I love it. Sure, I don't like every single decision, but it's to be expected with the territory.
