I enjoyed this episode. Funnily enough just yesterday I posted in a thread about why people don't like Jadzia and then I watched what I thought was one of her best performances. Jadzia has always been a tough character and is able to go head on against just about anyone. This toughness no doubt is from all the experience she has via her Trill symbiote. In Change of Heart she appeared vulnerable for a change and it gave another perspective on her character.
For someone who is so honour bound, I found Worf's decision to come back for Jadzia perplexing. His explanation to Cisko was OKish but a decision to save one life versus millions is always polarizing.
