A BoP manual sounds like fun, tech manual content on non-Fed ships is rare and refreshing. The Enterprise one was only so-so, though, although I really liked the detailled write-up of a transporter process. The big problem was how small the cutaways were printed when those were arguably the main attraction.

I've always liked the Klingon Bird-of-Prey, so a tech manual devoted to it sounds neat.

I wonder if they'll cover stuff about other Klingon ships, like the D-7?

Considering the Enterprise one covers all the Enterprises from NX-01 to 1701-E I doubt it'll be too hard to include every Klingon design. Especially since there aren't really that many.
