Sci-Fest is a festival of science fiction plays that will be staged in Los Angeles in May. Tim Russ, Linda Park, Armin Shimerman and Faran Tahir (Captain Robau) are all going to perform, as well as stars of other SF franchises such as L Scott Caldwell (Rose from Lost) and Dean Haglund (one of the Lone Gunmen from The X-Files).
Additionally Wil Wheaton, Rene Auberjonois, Nichelle Nichols and Max Grodénchik are on the advisory committee of the festival, as are non-Trek notables such as Mitch Pileggi from The X-Files. One of the plays will be directed by Dan Castellaneta (Homer Simpson) and another by Jack Kenny (executive producer of Warehouse 13).
That makes eight Trek alumni that are involved in this venture. I'm wondering, outside of various convention appearances and Star Trek fan productions, have there ever been this many stars of Star Trek involved in a single project?
