Wow, you folks have made it tough! Both the voters
and the artists!
Again, we have a tie! So, it comes down to the moderator to cast a vote and break the tie, and it's not an easy one, let me tell you!
Bernard Guignard definitely thought
big, giving us a complete house based on not only the bridge, but several of the upper decks, and given a massive lottery win, I
too would be sorely tempted to build such a place (although I'd probably build it as someplace I could get away from my more conventional house
to. My particular
Trek structure dream is a full-size TOS 1701 that is a resort hotel

).
But ... I have to be true to my artistic tastes and cast my vote for
Klaus, who thought smaller, but was a bit less literal in embracing a room that shows definite attributes of a bridge without actually building
the bridge. In truth, this design could easily work within the other, larger structure

.
And so,
Klaus once again gets the honor thrust upon him to challenge our creativity (not to mention his own!), but not before we thank and congratulate
Bernard Guignard for participating and tying
twice! Well done, both of you - it's great to see such different styles and concepts appeal equally. IDIC
