Another 'The Next Doctor' vote. Not perfect, and could have stood another twenty minutes or so of airtime.

Army of Ghosts / Doomsday here. When the Cybermen first became visible in Army of Ghosts I thought: "Oh, no, not again". But I liked the episodes despite the Cybermen. The story worked as a whole and the end of Doomsday was very moving.
