Pretty cool, an excellent concept especially given that the Romulans were supposedly never seen until the Balance of Terror.
I can easily imagine this as one of their vessels from the Enterprise Era.
She doesn't share any of the traditional Romulan vessel configurations but she definitely looks the part.

For an Uncrewed Combat Vessel (I wonder what the A stands for...), I'd like to see some connection to the style of that funny remotely controlled "flea" in ENT. That one was vertical in design - this one could have the same sort of spires added laterally to give the impression of remote control aerials. Something of a merger of Shadow and Narn designs, then, perhaps...

I could also see this as a future (25th century) Federation design. Imagine a Defiant-class ship stretched and enlarged X 10. A replacement for the Akira-class, perhaps.
