Romulan History

Quick question I know about the tos romulan series, is there any books about the Romulans in any other time frame? Enterprise, lost era, TNG, Ds9 ect... Always been fascinated by the Romulans.

Well, the Enterprise relaunch novels feature the Romulan War, so you might want to read those novels (The Good That Men Do, Kobayashi Maru, Beneath the Raptor's Wings I & II and To Brave the Storm). I think Serpents Among the Ruins, The Art of the Impossible and Catalyst of Sorrows all feature Romulans but I don't know to what extent, except that Serpents Among the Ruins deals with the Tomed Incident, which "was a terrible confrontation between the United Federation of Planets and the Romulan Star Empire" so I think it's safe to say the Romulans play an important role in the novel. For the post Nemesis era the Romulan story begins in TNG: Death in Winter, the two aforementioned Titan novels and then Articles of the Federation. The next major development for Romulus is revealed in A Singular Destiny, followed up in the Typhon Pact novels Rough Beasts of Empire, Plagues of Night and Raise the Dawn. I think that's about it for the relaunch era.

Also, to add my personal opinion, I think pretty much all of the post-Nemesis novels listed here are above average to outstanding, so I'd definitely give them a shot :)
EDIT: Oh, and it might be also beneficial to read the Destiny trilogy before A Singular Destiny the latter serves as a sort of epilogue to Destiny.

Would like to start in the Enterprise era obviously. (Hopefully)
Start with the ENT: Romulan War series by Andy Mangels and Michael Martin if you're wanting some 22nd Century-era Romulan-driven tales. From there, I highly recommend Diane Duane's Rihannsu series (My Enemy, My Ally; The Romulan Way, Swordhunt, Honor Blade, and The Empty Chair), though the first couple of these were written prior to the premiere of TNG. However, this series is still referenced today in the current Novelverse continuity, so these are a great starting-point.

EDIT: Ninja'd by less than a minute by Jinn! ;)

The Romulan Way gives a detailed history of the Romulan people. You do need to read My Enemy, My Ally first to understand anything going on in the "present" of the story, though.

Don't expect it to line up with ENT or Nemesis (I.e. very different Earth/Romulan war, and no vampiric Remans)

The Romulan Prize and The Romulan Strategem are also interesting Romulan stories. Plus the Voyager Dark Matters trilogy is also an interesting look at Romulan society in the 2340's-2350's.

There's also the Vulcan's Soul trilogy (Exodus, Exiles, and Epiphany) by Josepha Sherman & Susan Shwartz. They tell an A story that follows TOS characters and TNG characters shortly after the Dominion War and also a B story that details the ancient exodus of the Vulcans who eventually become the Romulans.
