I bought it, but I wanna hold onto them. I got them the next day I ordered them since ThinkGeek is based out of my state. Hell, I might as well crack it open to see if it really is blue.

It's too bad that it's only a caffeine drink, it would be more entertaining if it was an alcoholic beverage, not both caffeine + alcohol. Unless Romulan Ale was actually the Four Loco of the 24th Century... no wonder it was banned in the Federation.

I think I prefer that blue colored beer they sold at the Star Trek Experience that was called Romulan Ale. I'm still kicking myself for not buying a six pack and having them ship it (that option was available).

I used to order Hypnotiq in bars and clubs specifically because it looked like Romulan Ale to me.

But now we know why Romulan Ale was really banned -- it's basically blue Four Loko, and we know what happened there!
