ROFL. Ratner's next superhero flick (you can't make this stuff up).

Re: ROFL. Ratner's next superhero flick (you can't make this stuff up)

Youngblood? :rommie:

I'd rather see Forbush Man the Movie. :vulcan:

Will this have any effect on someone possibly remaking the 80s hockey movie Youngblood starring Rob Lowe and Patrick Swayze? :)

Re: ROFL. Ratner's next superhero flick (you can't make this stuff up)

Jeez, Youngblood?? Couldn't we at least get a WildCATS movie instead?

The non-Marvel, non-DC comics have bad a pretty poor record. I mean, we've had, what? Spawn and then a crappy Witchblade show? Although the Savage Dragon cartoon wasn't that bad, despite the fact they had to neuter it into a kids' show.

I have to agree with whoever said they're scraping the bottom of the barrel. Youngblood. Wow.

hey, Forbush man was amazing in Next Wave.

Warren Ellis took the character to the next level.

Hey, don't knock the Forbush Man. It'll be reimagined by director Michael Bay and writers Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez, starring Daniel Day-Lewis and Charlie Sheen.

Wow. Youngblood. Really?

Re: ROFL. Ratner's next superhero flick (you can't make this stuff up)

If your going to start mining Image for superhero movies why not go with Maxx or Pitt. Those I wouldn't mind seeing on the big screen, but Youngbloods....:wtf:

Re: ROFL. Ratner's next superhero flick (you can't make this stuff up)

Personally I'd love to see a Savage Dragon movie. I haven't read it since the late 90s but it was by far my favourite Image book.

Yeah, I read a few issues of Moore's Supreme and it was pretty good from what I can remember. I'll have to dig my old issues out when I get back to Canada.

Well, there's no way to piss off the fanbase with this one, since it doesn't exist.

Exactly what I was thinking. And I'm not going to skip this movie because Ratner fucked up X3, I'm skipping this movie because Brett Ratner has fucked up every movie he's ever touched.

I want to see a Supreme movie - Moore's version.
