Edit: Ok, went back to find the correct section and time. The scene I'm wondering about is on BD disc 1, the "Star Trek: Revisiting A Classic" segment at approximately 24:00 into the video. The following lines occur:
McCoy: "You would."
Spock (Nimoy): mumbles what sounds like, "My line."
DeForest (irritatingly): "I told you at rehearsal."
Some dissension in the ranks here? I remember reading about some of the line issues the actors had with one another and the writers, producer, etc. Maybe this scene is the first one (that I know of at least) showing a hint of this tension.
