Robin Williams as Doc Brown?

I had a weird dream last night that instead of Christopher Lloyd playing the part of Doc Brown in Back to the Future, it was Robin Williams. In the dream he did a pretty good job in the part. How do you think he would have done if he had actually been cast in the part instead of Lloyd?

That certainly could have been interesting. However, Christopher Lloyd was simply perfection in that role, and I really can't imagine anyone but him playing it.

Doc Brown and Marty were perfectly cast. The day I hear that a Back to the Future remake is gong to be made I'll punch someone in the face.

I think he could have a similar manic energy to Lloyd's... I'm trying to picture it.

I wouldn't mind a "Back To The Future 4", complete with a brand new cast and plot, but a remake? No thanks.

Could have worked really well.. Williams can do crazy funny like no other.

It may have been different but it would have worked i believe. However the movies are good as they are.. please don't consider a remake!

Christopher Lloyd was flawless in the role, but Robin Williams would certainly be interesting as well. I could easily see that working.
