Poor Paul. I think he just couldn't handle the stress of his fame and the death threats any longer.

I mean, would you like to be told time and time again that you'll end up in a paella, just to be eaten by crazed Argentinians who're out to get you because they keep losing to the Germans at World Cups?

Must have been a stress-related heart attack.

Or maybe it was God punishing him for screwing up the semi-finals. Who knows. Everything is possible.
