I'm a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor. BJJ is a martial art founded by Carlos and Helio Gracie. While Carlos passed away years ago, Helio died last night at age 95 quickly and peacefully. I'll always be greatful for the martial art that he helped create, as it changed my life for the better in so many ways. RIP Helio.
