Rest in peace Mr. Ward.
Dang. This year is rough. 
Sad to hear. Never quite acquired the stardom he was entitled to but he was a great screen presence. I watched Tremors last year and it holds up so well. And, damn, it’s a shame that he never got to play Jon Bernthal’s father.
He must have done more but for Tremors and Remo Williams alone he always has a place in our video library.
Well, he was also great in "The Right Stuff."
"Fuckin' A, Bubba."
Somehow over the years I never managed to actually sit down and watch that, I will have to rectify that.
It's a great film.

I always conflate Dennis Hopper with this movie because he did Witch Hunt which was similar (sequel?). I don't think either movie ever got a physical release in the DVD era.
As an aside, Alec Baldwin has the best line in that entire film;
"Okay, now sew my eyelid back on."
