This is fantastic work. And that's all I got to say 'bout that. 
Researching this history of the ship (which is fairly sketchy), I find that Lincoln Enterprises once sold blueprints.
This link has scans of 1980s Lincoln Enterprises catalogs. About halfway down the page, you'll see a scan that reads:
P2183 - Blueprints, 11"x17" (3 different) ..... $2.50
Anybody ever seen them? I remember them as early as a 1970s edition of the Lincoln catalog. I now wish I'd figured out a way to come up with the $2.50 ...
(Side-note: it's rather amazing to realize inflation since the 1970s has driven the price of such work up at least tenfold. I can't imagine paying less than $25 for something like this today, even if it weren't rare.)

I assumed the "3 different" were the images shown a little farther down the page from the Lincoln catalog clipping, or maybe they are among the pictures on this page: http://www.ottens.co.uk/forgottentrek/tos_6.php
Could be. Lincoln's habit at the time was to sell copies of anything and everything GR ever owned. I was just curious if anyone had ever bought them and knew for sure.

Hmm... Well, I don't think the first part is necessarily true. 1.01c is FTL, and will only carry them 1.01 billion lightyears in a billion years, far short of the horizon.
