Just once I would love to have seen when Kirk, Spock, McCoy beamed down to a planet with a redshirt or two. And while himself, Spock and McCoy stayed nice and somewhat safe, he orders the hapless redshirts to go check out some cave or behind some boulder. Just once, I wish the Redshirt would have said...Screw You, why don't you and Spock go and check the cave out, while us R/S stay out here. How do you think Kirk would have responded??

LOL! It's like he was in the room.

I'd hope for a kinda Amok Time "da da DA DA DA DA DA DA da-da-da BRRRR HA! BRRRRR HA!" scene, maybe a bit of KHAAANage (or carnage, same difference ), torn shirtage, finish up with Kirk scoring with the alien babe. No explanation needed for where she came from.

Either way, those redshirts are as good as dead.
