When Palpatine comes aboard the Death Star II along with his royal guards, there's two old men with him dressed in a similar fashion as the Nemoidian viceroys. I've tried to find who they are on Wookiepedia, but to no avail. Does anyone know?

It looks like the album cover of an aging Bajoran, El Aurian, and Conehead metal band.
The one on the left is letting the side down a bit. They'd look far less silly without him.

You have to wonder. In a civilization that can create artificial limbs as easily as a woman can apply makeup today, one where achieving light speed isn't an issue and where androids are as prevalent as washing machines - you'd think they'd have cosmetic surgeons that could make these people presume a more attractive appearance?
Maybe they have different standards. I did wonder if they serviced Palp's unique desires. Rent geriatrics. "I will make it legal."
