A fairly accurate look at Caretaker but nothing we haven't heard before. Chakotay wants to be first officer far too quickly, B'Ellanna growls far too much in lieu of having a character, the caretaker is an idiot, Kim's character wandered in from the set of Harry Potter, etc

I agree that Tom was set up as the bad boy done good, hero far too quickly too and did laugh at this

Every person who treats Tom really badly is dead within the first fifteen minutes of the show.
