Spoilers Resident Alien (2020 SyFy)

You know what, given the direction the show is taking this season it does feel like they're reaching a natural end anyway so I'm okay with it ending now. As I mentioned earlier, I'll miss this show, but I'll look back on it with only positive memories and that is an accomplishment itself that not every TV show achieves.

The worst thing about this being the final season is this season might be the show's best. This episode was so funny. The stuff at the beginning with Kate and Ben, Mike and Liv also finding out and the antics that ensued and that ending was kinda shocking.
If they killed off Liv I will be upset.

The Emotional Support Deputy
is the Mantid's new form. What will happen to Harry and Sheriff Mike? We have to wait until next week to find out.

Little Asta :guffaw:

I think there is one more thing they need to address and that's the Grey Aliens. It seems like everything else has been wrapped up. I loved the scenes with Asta and Harry and Asta and Darcy. Really going with that soul story from a few episodes back.

I'll be sad when this show ends but I have appreciated the ride.

Tonight is the night. The last episode of Resident Alien. I hope it's as good and as fun as this season has been. One more episode to spend with the good people of Patience Colorado.

Well that was very emotional. Maybe a little too sentimental, but it was very much in the spirit of what Resident Alien was about. I'm glad there was really very little action and it served as more of an epilouge to last week than anything else. I actually shed a tear a few times, like when Mike and his father got together, or the goodbyes at the end. I almost broke down when Jay and Asta hugged. That was a very powerful moment. The writers knew before this season ever started that it was going to be the last one, and I have to say overall, Resident Alien was a very good show. I'm going to miss this cast, and now I see Tyduk as Harry Vanderspeigle than Walsh from Firefly.

This was a very good show with a very positive message. As a fan of Star Trek this actually felt more like Star Trek than current Star Trek these days. This was oozing with optimism and hope and I greatly appreciated that.

Nana Visitor was in the credits but they didn't introduce any new actors in this episode. I assume she was the voice on the phone in the beginning?

I was wondering that too. I looked on IMDB and they only had the regular cast listed. I was wondering who Visitor played.
