I like finding the repurposed props/ships/actors in the episodes. Nomads head unit (The Changeling) was also used as the top of the Cloaking Device (The Enterprise Incident) and the Botany Bay (Space Seed) was used as the Ore ship M5 destroyed (Ultimate Computer) . I have many more but how big of a list can we generate? Actors can be included...

I believe they slapped a couple of nacelles on the Tholian ship model and it became the Aurora, the ship the space hippies stole in "The Way to Eden".
The remote control that operated Spock in "Spock's Brain" began life as a Pike-era communicator:

The control console on Elba II became part of Memory Alpha.
I suspect some of the Preserver's deflector controls were reused on Yonada.
Koridian's jacket becomes Garth's.

I believe Norman's planetside outfit becomes Bele's.
Some of the costumes for Mudd's Women were recycled on Mudd's android planet. I guess Harry just liked those dress designs.

"Repurposed props!" Boy, does that topic bring back some wonderful memories. IMHO, this old thread on that area was one of the best free-wheeling conversations we ever had on TrekBBS, and it really shined because of the contributions from Greg Schnitzer. The crew of the Antares wore the Enterprise's old uniforms! The Salt Vampire turns up as a relic in Trelane's castle, Elba II uniforms are the same as those of the Tantalus colony and costumes for the Starfleet personnel were all the same in the first season as we saw in Court Martial, Khan and Colonel Green's uniforms were very similar if not the same, was Spock's hat in COTEOF the same as the one he wore in Assignment:Earth? The thigh boots worn by Kara and the women in Spock's Brain and those that the Klingon women wore in Day of The Dove and the Romulan Commander in The Enterprise Incident? The list goes on and on...

I don't think Spock's hats were the same. The COTEoF hat was a knit stocking cap, while the other looked like a sable hat, one that Spock would be lucky to get away with wearing during the height of the cold war!
Dammit. My old thread about Spock's ear coverings was a casualty of the whole Photobucket thing. Rats.
Don’t forget the transporter pad Fresnel lights. What were on the floor of TOS’s transporter, apparently went into the ceiling of TNG’s transporter.
Yep you're right! I've just seen a few pics of Assignment and he's definitely not wearing the COTEOF hat that he wore!

On that the upper part of Nomad's head is up top and the main head piece is at the bottom.And also part of Flint's robot M4 in "Requiem for Methuselah."
