A New York cheese cake (about 4 slices) that has 20% of calories (or less) when compared to the 'real thing' but that there is virtually no difference in taste in the process and that it's nutritious.

Any 'heavy' dish could theoretically be replicated in such a manner.

Then I'd replicate myself a phaser, tricorder, a pad containing technical schematics on numerous technologies and probably a huge stack of money like 'caprica6' in anticipation of suddenly zipping back to my own reality/time.
