Remembrance Day Event - Star Trek - War And Solutions

Our University's Honesty Club has organized a little Star Trek event to commemorate Remembrance Day here in Nanaimo, BC, Canada.

I think Star Trek does an amazing job of presenting :

1. The violence of war
2. The reasons for war
3. Solutions to prevent war

Here's the blurb I prepared to promote the event around our campus and in the community

VIU's Honesty Club will be commemorating Remembrance Day by showcasing 2 excellent episodes from the acclaimed TV series Star Trek (one episode from the Deep Space Nine series and the other from Voyager) which bear directly on the issues of war and conflict / peace and solutions.

Following the presentation of each episode, there will be a short debate on its content and the overall issue of war and solutions to conflict.

Location : Building 250 / Room 308
Time : 5:30 pm - 9pm

Thanks for the support my friend.
I don't know how well attended the event will be,
but, at least people might stay and watch the episodes when they're flicking through the tv channels sometime.

I always find both episodes very powerful and thought provoking.
