Really? Do the Germans know? A one off aside from John Kerry does not constitute any kind of accurate assessment of anything. Except for those looking to spin some kind of alarmist narrative out of a ridiculous bit of political hyperbole. Folks like racist Islamophobes and their ilk.

Also, funny the BBC didn't mention it. The Daily Mail, that link, but no non-histrionic or non-tabloid places. Just the same cut and paste piece of histrionic nonsense. Like someone made it up?

The first problem in this crisis is the incorrect language, most are not refugees they are illegals or economic migrants

No, most of the people fleeing Syria are refugees according to the definition used by the UNHCR:

Refugees are persons fleeing armed conflict or persecution. There were 19.5 million of them worldwide at the end of 2014. Their situation is often so perilous and intolerable that they cross national borders to seek safety in nearby countries, and thus become internationally recognized as "refugees" with access to assistance from States, UNHCR, and other organizations. They are so recognized precisely because it is too dangerous for them to return home, and they need sanctuary elsewhere. These are people for whom denial of asylum has potentially deadly consequences.

Migrants choose to move not because of a direct threat of persecution or death, but mainly to improve their lives by finding work, or in some cases for education, family reunion, or other reasons. Unlike refugees who cannot safely return home, migrants face no such impediment to return. If they choose to return home, they will continue to receive the protection of their government.

Only one in five is from Syria and the majority of Syrian refugees are displaced people within Syria itself

The ones coming to Germany and other parts of Europe are from Chad, Bangladesh, Iran, Afghanistan, Niger, Albania, Eritrea and every other nation that is not called Syria

Only 1 in 5 is a Syrian refugee, the rest come with fake passports, this human trafficking with false passports is a huge business

The primary source (which you didn't provide) for the 1 out of 5 figure is The Daily Fail, which is not a reliable source of information since they have a longstanding anti-immigrant bias. They seem to be spinning the fact that normal migration from the Middle East, North Africa, and Central/South Asia continues as it has for a while alongside the new mass influx of Syrian refugees as if only 1 and 5 of the new people coming as a result of the Syrian conflict are really Syrian. No, the Syrians are coming over and above the existing migration.

There is indeed a problem with migrants posing as Syrian refugees, but I've seen no indication of anything approaching the extraordinary "4 out of 5" numbers you're quoting, and the vetting process, while somewhat overwhelmed at the moment, will eventually screen out the imposters from those genuinely in danger.
