This is from a Picard thread at the Trekmovie forums about the time between the Stargazer and the Ent-D. I'd thought I'd share it. xD
Was it during this Stagazer- Ent D time Picard and Admiral Nacheav dated? Yes they used to be ex's but thats doesn't explain all of the uneasiness around her.
Picard/ Nacheav child?, (she has the right attitude and apperance):

The idea of the grumpy season 1 Picard with 'Phaser under her pillow' Nechayev isn't beyound believability. I know there is no canon evidence they dated, but she does send them on deadly missions, relieved him of command, and the factfiles say there is no loves between them which both hint at a relationship.
Some have argued that Wesley is Picards illegimate son as well and some of the character speech in TNG does back this up but the idea of Picard in command of the stargazer having it away with Beverly and then send in her husband, (Jack) on a life threatening mission and then deciding not to resuce him is not he behaviour of John Luc Picard.
Is it?
