We know that Spock used Red Matter to try and save Romulus but failed. We also know that Spock used Red Matter to defeat to Nero. Both the Red Angel and Red Matter can create either a black hole or a wormhole or both.
Is it safe to safe that Spock carried knowledge of Red Matter that he learned from the Red Angel into the future with him?
Another problem with the Red Angel is that she can time travel. As she travels through time, the Red Angel open a micro wormhole with the possibility that a future AI might follow her.
But why would she want future AI to follow her? Is part of the Romulan's ploy to destroy all AI in the galaxy? How many AI, in the future, has the Red Angel contaminated with her ability to create micro wormholes that any future AI would more than be able to rapidly analyze and incorporate into their ability travel through time or create advanced and powerful warp drive engines from?
Regardless of the outcome, the time line once again appears to have been corrupted in the past thus necessitating the Discovery to hide in the future.
