Does anyone find it a bit ironic that back in the 90s we were all like "Ugh! The TNG lighting is so bright and flat and I hate it! It should be darker!" and now that it's darker we're like "Give us the bright TNG lighting back!"

Yeah, I much prefer the submarine style. Bright lighting can work but in a limited sense. And, yeah, past TNG was not my favorite.Space Submarines, right back to the Original E, the Nebula, and Khan and other shows of that generation.

It also didn’t have a star drive section either yet there it isOlder.
I get we’re going with nostalgia here, but the bridge is not how it looks the last time we saw it.
Older.

The last time we saw it there was barely anything left intact bar the horseshoe.
I'm guessing they installed a "classic" bridge module when they converted it to a Starfleet museum exhibit.Older.

It depends on their requirements or technology of the time. In the railroad museum where I volunteer, some of the locomotives and rolling stock can be brought up to operational status and run on the scenic railroad across the road. It would just take a little advance word, shuffling of equipment to get it on the track that crosses the road and get the locomotive either up to steam or diesel engine running to get fluids flowing. That brings up a good point. Logically, how operational could she be if she was a museum exhibit?

Q's appearance to come, which I hope is a flashback or something because otherwise season two was an even bigger waste of time
She was one of the best things about Season 1. I want her to come back.Hell fucking no.
Thank goodness.
