Not sure where I saw this but it was a Warcraft 3 mod. It made it look like you were playing an rpg version of Warcraft plus you could play with other people online! it was massively multiplayer!

I haven't tried these out yet myself, mostly because I haven't played FO3 in weeks, but they've been recommended to me. They're from the Paradox OT forum, which I suppose you know (I've had this post bookmarked for future use for some time now):

List of mods which I use to improve the game

Be aware, some need FOSE and FMM (fallout mod manager).

120 extra songs to make GNR a real radio station.
Weapon add ons: (scopes-extended mags-lasers etc)
creature diversity+more enemies (5x more ghouls)
Primairy needs
Real injuries
Balance overhaul

You don't need to start a new game after installing all of these mods but I seriously recommend it. Keep in mind you need to sleep for four (4) days to make the 'more enemies' mod effective.
