Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver (Zack Snyder, April 19 on Netflix)

It looked like they were basically robotic arms, so the only she could attach them was if she cut off hers first.
Apparently the extended editions are basically going to be totally different movies. IGN posted an interview with Zack Snyder yesterday, and he said that even with at least some of the scenes is in both versions, the extended cut used different edits or takes from the original releases.

It just seems weird that they wouldn't elaborate on that being a necessity for their use, when it could be a useful story point. I recall reading that the blades generate excessive heat and can only be utilized by said arms, but that isn't explained in the movie AFAIK.

A vast improvement over the first part. I just wish we got to know the characters a little more.

I'm curious to read the novelizations, these are the kind of movies with a lot of stuff that a novelization could expand on.

There is a novelization? It must be 1000 pages long with a quarter of it devoted to depicting slow motion farming.

I need to rewatch this. Had several longs days at work, was tired A/F. Watched it on Saturday. Had two beers while watching it and remember hardly anything. Not sure if that's a good sign or not.

Zack Snyder filming adaptations of J.R.R. Tolkien passages describing trees, nature and the grass growing.

Pray that leviathan never wakes. Hahaha.

The scene that started it all for me:
