In a couple of European countries, the movie was actually titled Captain America: The Return of the First Avenger.

Hey.. this is no different than the movie "10 Commandments", which were in the movie for a grand total of what, 10 minutes?
The Broken Shield might have been a good one, if there was some crack in his shield..it'd make a great movie poster.
How about Captain America in big letters. In very fine small print, in italics "Heil, Hydra!"

IIRC, it was "Let's Yap With Cap" for a brief time, as well. Still better than "Sock it To Shellhead".
