Real Trek costumes ebay auction - Voyager stuff included

I noticed this yesterday - there are real set costumes for sale on ebay:

That's awesome. Brings back a lot of memories. They are part of history, and should really belong in a museum.

Alas, Paramount is Hollywood, and Hollywood is all about making money.

I just saw those yesterday myself. It'd be nice if normal folks could get some of that stuff, but I know I can't afford to spend $1500 on a uniform costume. If Paramount is getting rid of everything modern Trek my guess is any 24th century Trek is not coming back.

Yep I've seen these a couple of times recently. What I find interesting is that they're starting to incorporate set pieces into the auction. I'd thought Riker's console (which is included in this auction) had been sold at Christies though.

I wanted to get the lizard from "Threshold" they had on there awhile back, thing went for over $700 though.

What a great conversation piece that would have been...

Some of it was actually at a good price, comparatively speaking.

Of course, $5600+ for an EV suit worn by Beltran, Stewart, and a bunch of other actors is quite expensive.

Interesting that the highest bids for uniforms are for Data and Chakotay.

I think it's from "The Killing Game".

It's the only ep. I remember her wearing regular clothes.

I think she wore it during the scene wear she gets involved in a shoot out protecting Neelix from the Hirogen.

But she did wear normal clothes in several eps, The Killing Game was the only one with a sweater.

^^Actually I surprised myself.

You have no idea how long a sat staring at the sweater trying to remember when she didn't wear the catsuit.

It wasn't until I pictured the sweater unzipped that I finally remembered seeing it.

Do you mean Robert Beltran and Patrick Stewart? I doubt they wear the same size (especially in length), so I'm having some trouble following this, unless just the hard pieces were worn by both.

Well, Chakotay doesn't surprise me. A lot of women wanted to get into his uniform.

Saying "Beltran and Stewart and the others" would be bad sentance structure.

What's so hard to follow? Why would think it implies they wore the same size and not just giving an example?

Edit I went back and found the listing. It was about halfway down page three. I scrolled past it the first time I looked.

It's actually a lot of pieces from several different EV suits.
