It's from the audiobook version of the book "The Nitpicker's Guide For Classic Trekkers." The audio version was released in three separate parts consisting of three audiocassettes each (I think). Koenig, Nichols and Takei were narrators.

Edit to add: to clarify, the video was put together by the Youtuber who posted it, using selected snippets from Nichols' "Nitpicker's Guide" reading as narration for the video.

Even though it's easy to get your hands on the audio releases, in a way it could be considered inaccessible. Not many people have a cassette player anymore... It is a niche with a little bit of a resurgence in recent years, with indie bands choosing to release demos on tape and a couple of small companies making portable players again. But you can't easily find one at your local big box store.
