Rank the Typhon Pact books!!

Sorry for the confusion...I was refering to the the way the books were titled. Seize the Fire was billed Typhon Pact #2.

If book retailers catalogued them that way, then that was a misrepresentation. There are no numbers on the books themselves.

I bought them from Amazon. The link shows the numbering that I described:

http://www.amazon.com/Star-Trek-Next-Generation-Typhon/dp/1439160791/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1303429190&sr=8-1

Yes, I know, I checked that when you brought it up. But Amazon does not publish the books. It just sells them. The actual books themselves are not numbered. They are not "supposed" to be read in any specific order.

I liked all four books :bolian:

Ranking them I'd put Paths of Disharmony, Rough Beasts of Empire & Zero Sum Game equal - I enjoyed the stories and it was good to see the return of the DS9 characters.

Seize the Fire was my least fav - I didn't have any issues with the book, I just didn't enjoy it as much as the other books.

1. Paths of Disharmony
2. Zero Sum Game
3. Seize the Fire
4. Rough Beasts of Empire

Zero Sum Game was excellent. It showed someone in Starfleet finally growing a pair and treating the Breen as they deserved after the bombing of the Federation station. It's too bad they covered the whole thing up at the end. Bashir deserves a medal for stopping the Breen and their allies from making use of Slipstream.
