I'm gonna be an annoying pedant and mention that Chakotay's boxing is brought up a second time, in Tsunkatse.

This was referenced to more than once, I believe. Maybe one or two other times. Yes, Thirty Days put more of a spotlight on this, but I think there were other hints at other times.
She has done it more than once, not that often tho. Usually directed at her replicator.

Janeway's sister does get mentioned at least twice. In Sacred Ground and Coda.
