This has got to be the only board on the Internet where a three-and-a-half months old thread gets you a thread necromancy bomb.
3.5 months is a "long" time. An entire season has nearly came and went.
This thread was likely long buried and forgotten not to mention necro'd without much additional substance.
Leave the moderating to the moderators, please. There's no telling how he came across this thread. It could have come in a tag search, a user search, etc.

THOSE ARE ALL SOOOOO FFFAAAKKKEEE!So I was perusing a pay website (so I can't link to it) and among some of the other things on the page was a piece about a Spanish breed of rabbits (Valenciano) and how they are being raised like chickens or sheep for their meat.
They didn't have a pic of those rabbits, but the page made a reference to THESE rabbits photographed in Germany as being similar.
OR ARE THEY SHOPPED? Remember the giant cat photoshops from a few years back? Or for that matter, "Hogzilla"?
If they are real, now is when we REALLY need DeForest Kelley back! (See "Night of the Lepus" for clarification...he actually appeared alongside the WNMHGB ship's surgeon, Dr. Piper (Paul Fix).)

I wish rabbits were that big. I'd make my own awesome army of giant rabbits and have them attack all the annoying people in town.
The OP photos do look fake. But then again, my house looks like an HO model from a window seat on a plane.
There was a documentary on Channel 4 over here in the UK last year in which the presenter visited breeders claiming to have the largest rabbit in the world. This guy was one of them, and I promise you the rabbits are 100% real, as terrifying as that sounds! As far as I know those images have not been doctored, but I guess they have been shot to emphasise the bunny's size.
Actually, I've found a clip from the show - put onto YouTube by Channel4 itself. I have no idea what's up with the audio though!

There's a shot near the end of the presenter with one of the rabbits - he's a pretty tall guy, 6'4 according the IMDB. The rabbit still looks huge!
