now the only Darth Vadar voice is that guy who play a lawyer in JAG. He also has a deep voice. He should be able to replace Jones in any future role of Vadar's voice

Actually Disney negotiated with James Earl Jones to buy the rights to his voice and digitally replicating it for new material using archival samples.
It's how Darth Vader's voice was generated in Obi-Wan.
wouldn't it be much cheaper to use that other guy voice in JAG? he has already do voice on Darth Vadar in a no. of cartoon movies
