Quick techincal question about email mailing lists

Hi all

I am trying to create an email mailing list in Outlook that personalizes each email. Basically, I have about a hundred names and email addresses and I would like to send out an email blast to all of them. I have a blank message that reads something like, "Dear (Name), You are invited to such and such event, blah blah blah, signed, What's his face." For each person I would like it to be personalized so that each person gets an email that says, "Dear Bob" or "Dear Jane" or whatever.

Other than manually typing out each person's name each time I want to send out an email blast, is there a way to automate this?

Last time I had to something like this I used a Word template in concert with Mail Merge. That was some years ago, so it's probably become slicker and/or renamed now. But try searching the help for "mail merge" anyway.
