I remembered Picard's fish too late. It counts as a pet, does it? Name was Livingston I think?

I remembered it but I put Sluggo instead. He was Hoshi's pet for one episode.

I put the obvious ones: Armin Shimerman, Max Grodenchik and Tim Russ (he played a part in StarShip Mine). I knew that the first two played several ferengis. Maybe four for Armin. Max played three, that I remember.
Tim Russ was Random Background Bridge Officer on the Enterprise-B in Generations, too.

That was retconned to actually be Tuvok in Voyager's Flashback, so not really a different character.

In FlashBack Tuvok was on the Excelsior, IE Sulu's ship, after which he left starfleet for fifty years according to what he said to Janeway. So that couldn't possibly be him, years later on the Enterprise-B.
