Quick Star Trek Survey

Hi!

Next month, the G & T Show Podcast will be doing our 24 Hours of G & T fundraiser. One of the games we'll be playing will be Star Trek Family Feud*. And, of course, that means we need survey answers.

Questions are kind of offbeat and of course we don't mind if you look up your answers.

We would LOVE your input, and thank you in advance!

*We will also be playing a Trek version of the Newlywed Game and a Trek version of Match Game. What can I say? We love old junky TV.

There you go. All done. Love this idea of doing it as a survey on here. Been thinking of something similar with the UK quiz Pointless but could never work out how to get the raw data. Think I may have a solution now :)

By the way, the holodeck question. Do you mean created by the computer? Or characters that can be played?

Done! Took some thinking on the actor question. Normally I'd go for hopelessly obscure, but that seemed against the spirit of Family Feud.

Done. There were a couple I couldn't think of a third option for, but had something down for every other question.

Survey taken.

On one of the questions, "Name actors who played multiple roles in Trek". At first I couldn't think of anyone but Majel Barret. Then I thought that Mark Lenard played not only Sarek, but a Romulan commander in TOS and a Klingon commander in TMP.

Now I guess I could have put Marc Alaimo and/or Armin Shimmerman. And that actor who played Admiral Forrest. But I couldn't think of his name.

Brent Spiner, Jeffrey Combs.

Michael Dorn as well.

Done but couldn't name any Trek authors as I don't follow Trek lit.

Captains of the Enterprise other than Picard and Kirk was hard. Couldn't remember name of Ent-C captain so had to go with Riker and Spock.

Edit: And Rachel Garrett just now came to me.

I put Archer, Jellico, and Garrett.

Done! Fun survey.

For Captains other than Kirk/Picard, I put Pike, Archer and Spock.
For actors that played multiple roles, I went with Robin Curtis, Robbie McNeill and Merrit Buttrick.
For Trek authors, I haven't read any Trek Lit since I was a kid, so I went with authors I remembered from back then - Diane Duane, the Reeves-Stevenses (as one answer), and Diane Carey (apologies to our resident Trek authors!).

Done. For actors playing multiple roles, I put Marc Alaimo, Jeffrey Combs, and then got stuck. I was thinking of someone in particular, but I couldn't summon up their name. I finally put Majel Barrett. It wasn't until just now that the name of Vaughan Armstrong finally came to me, too late.

Done! Quite a fun wee survey.

I don't read Trek novels though so I left that part blank. I also couldn't think of a 3rd pet aside from Spot and Porthos . Managed everything else easily.
