Were Troi's quarters a redress of Voyager's conference room?
Pretty sure Voyager was still in production when Insurrection was released to theaters.^^ i think the Voyager sets had mostly been torn down by then

It looks very much like Janeway's ready room. I couldn't say with 100% certainty, but I would bet money on it.

No that's the ready room alright.
Nemesis began filming in December 2001, IIRC. Voyager would have wrapped about nine months prior. Someone else can look up the exact dates, but just because there might be a new TNG movie put Paramount under no obligation to save the VOY sets.that surprises me because Nemesis started filming the same year Voyager ended^^ i think the Voyager sets had mostly been torn down by then

It's the briefing room; the ready room has that raised platform near the windows.maybe it's Janeway's desk from her ready room in the briefing room?
You're right, Voyager's last day of filming was 4/9/01, and Nemesis' first day of filming was 11/28/01.
That still doesn't change the fact that there was no obligation to save the sets.
