Question about 'Tomorrow Is Yesterday'

There was a theatrical movie in the late 60s or early 70s in which there was a television turned on and that episode was playing. Anyone remember that? I seem to recall a foreign hitman, a woman, and a boy....and very little else.

Could it have been 'The Outside Man' (1972) ?

This is really nagging at me. :D

Thanks! :techman:

Shows that the old memory isn't too bad after all....haven't seen that movie in over 40 years!

I wonder what the licensing fees are like to do something like this. More recently, X-Men: DOFP had a TV playing "The Naked Time." WIth Trek in particular, I imagine it would cost a lot more now, since it's a bigger commercial property than it was in the '70s.

I remember that film from the seventies and remarked upon it to my parents but they had little interest to be honest! Although I think my Father asked me which episode it was from and I told him the one with the Enterprise going back to the sixties and beaming up the pilot and him answering with a, "oh, right!"

Where was the Tomorrow is Yesterday footage then? Not that I'm complaining when you can see a lady in white panties!

Yeah, that's what I was waiting for. Without it, there isn't anything pertinent.

And us happily married people don't care about the rest.

If a pass is granted for posting that, rock on though. The rules on this board are genuinely difficult to figure some times. Especially in those times when the mods don't even really agree with each other.

I suspect that if somebody were to report that, it might be found in violation of board rules...so @spockboy may want to consider taking it down proactively, just to be on the safe side.

Done.
Problem is the video is still embedded in JonnyQuest037 's reply to my original posting.
I sent him a request to delete it.
