Question about slipstream

So does the Federation have any plans to share slipstream drive technology with it's allies?

I am of the understanding that there will be an appendix in the "Children Of The Storm" book that will list each ship and its class and crew number in the Full Circle fleet. I asked the author in another thread if she were able to post that for us or if we would have to wait for the book, but no answer thus far.

So, they know but they ain't sayin'...

Kirsten Beyer, the author, came back and said that we would have to wait until the book was released to see the Appendix. I'm sure someone who gets it early will post it here, though.
