Question about "Mirror, Mirror" extra

In the very last scene of "Mirror, Mirror," Marlena gives Kirk a clipboard to sign, and then is seen talking with a yellow-shirted extra towards the front of the bridge, just to the left of the viewscreen. When Kirk wanders over to Marlena (just as the closing credits start rolling), we see this extra whirl around in his chair to face his station once again.

I'm having trouble recognizing exactly who this extra was. Was this fellow Billy Blackburn in his TOS character of Lt. Hadley? Memory Alpha lists him as being in "Mirror, Mirror," but as a Mirror-Universe version of Hadley, wearing the blue jumpsuit of Kirk's and Spock's personal guards. I just rewatched the "Billy Blackburn's Home Movies" featurette on the S2 BluRay set, and they show some quick footage of "Mirror, Mirror," but he makes no specific mention of this episode.

Does anyone know for sure? Thanks!

Memory Alpha lists him as both Hadley and Mirror Hadley for the episode, and it does indeed look like him in the closing scene, as they go to credits.

Yeah, I noticed that. I can't imagine where else he would have appeared as the regular Hadley in the episode, so I guess it was him.

I don't think the back flab is noticeable at all.

Most stunt doubles blended in pretty well on old-style, 20th century viewing screens of the period. Exceptions include the engine room fistfights in "Space Seed" and "Court Martial," which always stood out like a sore thumb.

I can't recall for sure if I ever saw a problem with the "Mirror, Mirror" Sickbay fight on old TVs, and if I did it was caused by the Spock double having such different hair. I think I spotted it back then, but casual viewers would not. And the Uhura double was no problem, with such short takes of her swiftly moving around.
 
Dave Perna was Spock's double here and was also the Vulcan in the corridor. Plus he was part of Sarek's entourage in Journey to ?Babel and the axeman Vulcan in Amok Time!

As you can see on the talk page for Mirror Hadley: http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Talk:Hadley_(mirror) I strongly object to William Blackburn appearing in the mirror universe. In fact, of the 4 most recurring extras: Eddie Paskey, William Blackburn, Frank da Vinci and Jeannie Malone, none of them appear in the mirror universe.

That's not correct. The vulcan aide and executioner was played by Russ Peek, not Dave Perna.
 
Yes I know but I think they're wrong about that! Stare at his eyes behind the mask and you can see it's the same guy that was in Mirror, mirror and as Spock's stand in!

Heh. I guess there weren't a whole lot of African-American stuntwomen available in 1967.

Honestly, judging from the build, I'd say that's likely a guy doubling for Uhura. It wasn't unheard of for men to occasionally be stunt doubles for women.

I'm really most curious if that's Blackburn at the end, though. It's relevant to a story I'm writing.
 
The worst stunt double (in terms of resemblance to Kirk) on the series was the one who stood in for Shatner in the fight with Finney in "Court-Martial".
