Naw, just the natives of Cestus III that KRAD writes about..

I'm in the middle of the book right now and loving it! Especially after Resistance, (blah royal jelly indeed). But KRAD is a consistent delight, and this book is no exception, I am pretty bummed about all the evasive name games with the Gorkon chapter though! Who are you going to kill next Keith, we're just getting to know these lovable Klingons! I understand though, time line wiggle room.

p.s. what do you call someone from Cestus? Cestish? Cestusian? Cestulino? (<-- being an Angelino, that one's my favorite)

Doing a little more research, I'm increasingly confident in "Cestian." By analogy with the word "hephaestian," meaning of the god Hephaestus or of blacksmiths, and other forms such as Aeolian from Aeolus, Dionysian from Dionysus, Uranian from Uranus, etc. ("Cestus" is the Greek word for a girdle or belt, though it's also a Latin word for a kind of weighted boxing glove.)
