ps3/mobile braod band

I was wondering if anyones been able to get a mobile broadband dongle like the '3' network one to work on a ps3. I dont have a land line so cant get on line that way nor do I have cable or satalite connections.
It wont be for games just for the odd downloadable content for some of the games.

The only network technologies that work with the PS3 are Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet. You could connect the PS3 through this network via internet connection sharing on a PC though.

Ethernet cable from PS3 to PC, dongle in the PC. Easy as cake... though I don't know what kind of performance you'll get out of that.
