Not online but the Stargate SG-1 Ultimate Guide that came out just before season ten had an excellent cutaway diagram of the Prometheus.

^I heard it was inaccurate in some details...but it is nice (I've got that). I was hoping for a 5 or 6-view set. I finally found one for Daedalus and one for a fan-pro ship called Achilles that is really sweet.
